A Sikh funeral was held Friday at Allen Mortuary in Turlock for Harmanpreet Kaur, 55, of Ceres. She died Nov. 9, 2010 in Turlock.
Born Feb. 2, 1955 in India to Daljit Singh and Kulwant Kaur, Harmanpreet came to Ceres in 2004. She was employed at Foster Farms for the last three years. She was a member of the Ceres Sikh Temple and enjoyed gardening, cooking, and driving.
She leaves behind her husband, Upinder Singh of Ceres; two children, Gursimran Singh and Supreet Kaur; two sisters, Balraj Kaur, and Ginlshan Kaur; and three brothers, Bhupinder Singh, Kanwarmanjit Singh, and Jatinder Singh.
