Walker-Brown Funeral Home in Bartlesville, Okla., is in charge of arrangements for Janet S. Stane, 62, of Ramona, Okla. She died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at St. John Hospital in Tulsa, Okla.
Born Aug. 5, 1942, Mrs. Stane was a native of Alton, Ill., and lived in Ceres and Modesto. She was a registered nurse. Mrs. Stane graduated from Ceres High School and received her nursing degree from Modesto Junior College. She worked as a registered nurse for Hershey Food Corp. in Oakdale for several years. Mrs. Stane served in the Army from 1961-64.
She leaves behind her daughter, Pamela Garner of Ramona, Okla.; her sister, Linda Weeks; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grant and Rosemary I. Cunningham.
