A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Pearson house, 4042 Tegner Road, Hughson, for Lynelle A. Ladd Damas, 55, of Turlock. She died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2005 at Brandel Manor Convalescent Hospital.

Born Oct. 14, 1949, Mrs. Damas was a native of Turlock and lived most of her life in Hughson, before moving back to Turlock a year ago. She graduated from Turlock High School in 1967. Mrs. Damas was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and camping.
She leaves behind her husband, Donald Damas of Turlock; her son, Jody Damas of Turlock; her brother, Edward Ladd of Hayward; her sister, Kathy Ladd Duran of Modesto; and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Damas; and parents, William and Geraldine Ladd.
