Allen Mortuary was in charge of arrangements for Nell Sproston Stephens, 96, of Hughson. She died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005 at her home.
Born Oct. 2, 1909, Mrs. Stephens was a native of St. Helena and lived in Hughson for one year. She previously lived in Calistoga. Mrs. Stephens was a homemaker who enjoyed golf, reading and crossword puzzles.
She leaves behind her son, Rick Stephens of Hughson; and one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Stephens; and two brothers and two sisters.
