Daniel Fuletta, 37, of Ceres, was arrested and booked on charges of vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, and driving on a suspended license for DUI stemming from a March 29 traffic stop.

At 11:54 p.m. Officer Eric Gallegos stopped a white Ford Explorer with missing license plates at the AM/PM at Whitmore Avenue and Ninth Street. Gallegos recognized Fuletta and detained him. His suspicions proved themselves when he learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen from the Delta Brands company parking lot.
