A man who was staggering across a street and wildly swinging his arms was stopped by an officer Friday morning and found to be wanted on a felony no-bail warrant issued by the Sheriff’s Department.

Officer Trinidad Viramontes was traveling east in the 1600 block of Kinser Road at 8:47 a.m. when he saw Alfred Milliken, 50, of Modesto, acting strangely in the road. He apparently was unable to control his bodily functions as well.

Believing that Milliken was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, he was stopped.
