Two parcels combined into one for planned industrial building
Miller Industrial tract map
The yellow outline shows where two parcels are being combined on Partee Lane in the Miller Industrial Tract.

During the final Ceres Planning Commission meeting of 2022 held on Nov. 21, members approved a lot line adjustment within the Miller Industrial Tract.

David and Kellene McMillen asked the city to consolidate parcels at 1230 and 1260 Partee Lane in anticipation of the construction of a building since buildings cannot straddle lot lines.

When the time comes to develop the property within the industrial park, the project can be approved at staff level with an administrative permit without Planning Commission review.

The lot at 1230 Partee Lane is 22,359 square feet in size and the lot at 1260 Partee Lane, is 22,285 square feet in size. Combined they total 1.02 acres. Both parcels are designated as “GI, General Industrial” in the City’s General Plan and are governed under the City’s Service Road Industrial Master Plan with a zoning of “PC-50, Planned Community – 50.”

Miller Industrial Park is located south of Service Road and west of Morgan Road in southwest Ceres.
