Recall every Democrat in the state Legislature – for voting to pass AB 2624
Opinion art

The moral reprobates working inside the Insane Asylum (the California State Legislature) have reached a new low of corruption.

Private citizen Nick Shirley has gained notoriety with his camera to expose the corruption occurring within “Immigration Support Service” in Minnesota and in Southern California. Democrats responded by shutting the likes of him down. AB 2624 was authored by Assemblywoman Mia Bonta (D-Oakland) (also the wife of Attorney General Rob Bonta) to fine citizen journalists a minimum $4,000 for releasing video exposing fraud inside “Immigration Support Service Providers.”

It’s an unconstitutional move and anyone who voted for it should be recalled for violating the oath they took to support and defend the Constitution which allows free speech. That means recalling all the Democrats. No Republicans supported it.

Bonta claimed “Right-wing agitators, ineffective legislators, and Trump loyalists are intentionally spreading significant misinformation about Assembly Bill 2624.”

Funny how they’ve not told us what information Shirley exposed was fake news because they can’t. They don’t like being embarrassed that he exposed fraudulent groups which are bilking the taxpayers of millions of dollars. They want to protect their underclass constituency.

Besides, we have constitutional protections that allow us to spread any kind of sol-called misinformation. Even MSNBC spreads fake news often. Government cannot regulate what we say or print!

Last week lawmakers who supported the bill dodged Shirley when he confronted them at the state Capitol. Despite State Senator Jesse Arrequin (D-Berkeley) being on record that he is concerned about violating the First Amendment, he voted for the bill and dodged Shirley’s questions about it.

They can’t even defend their own votes on bills!

A few supporters of the bill claimed it was about protecting “immigrant services” workers – which is pure nonsense. Shirley showed us proof on video how money is being fraudulently used. Remember the ‘Learing’ Center video?

As Shirley was conversing with Assemblyman Joe Patterson (R-Sacramento) about the bill, Terry Schanz, the chief of staff for Assemblywoman Tina McKinnor (D-Inglewood), rudely interrupted, waving flyers which he printed with the verbiage “Allegedly Nick Shirley has a small penis. Prove me wrong.”

Shirley told the vulgar, effeminate Schanz, “that’s really mature of you.”

Schanz could have invented any phrase to illustrate his point (“Nick Shirley cheats on taxes” or “Nick Shirley kicks puppies in the face”). Perhaps he choose the word penis because that’s where his obsession lies.

Crude and moral deviants like Schanz don’t belong anywhere near the lawmaking process in Sacramento but they abound like cockroaches. The voters should exterminate them at the ballot box, starting with his boss Assemblywoman McKinnor.

The Senate passed Bonta’s bill 30-10 along strict party lines. In other words, all Democrats believe in violating the First Amendment and no Republicans do.

As predicted, Newsom signed the unconstitutional law. Thank God he’s leaving office soon.

Bill Maher speaks with common sense when he notes how the socialist loonies have infiltrated the Democratic Party.

The TV show host called the Democrat Socialists of America (DSA) a “raging fire festival in the party that neither is anyone putting out.”

He went on: “People are actually getting elected now, who literally don’t think we should have police, or prisons, or borders. And again, they’re not lying about who they are – the media is. Ask Ms. Chevalier about the border. She says, yes, literally abolish the border.

“This crowd literally wants to get rid of our form of government, the Senate, but also, and I quote, “Replace the president and Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.” Yeah, no biggie. Just taking the very essence of our government, which is three branches, checking each other, and sh- - canning two and a half of them. Who could be this nuts? I’ll tell you who. Morons were still wearing COVID masks in 2026. This photo is from the DSA meeting in Denver, three weeks ago.

“Okay, I’m just gonna say it. Since the far, far left is overwhelmingly made up of affluent, ultra-woke white people, you raised your kids wrong. You told your precious brats that every brain fart was genius, and now those brain farts are becoming Democratic Party policy. Francesca Hong, yet another major Democratic candidate, who’s all in on abolishing the police and is running for governor of Wisconsin, says, ‘I think that my perfect world would be a world without prisons, because we all see the humanity in one another, and then we know nobody’s disposable.’ Well, murder victims are. I mean, if you heard this kind of nonsense coming out of the mouth of a teenage beauty queen, it would be an eye roll.”

Maher continued: “No wonder that the most true blue Democrat ever, James Carville, says, ‘there’s just some sh- - I can’t be in the same tent with.’ Yeah, Carvel said, ‘I’m done. I’m not in that f - - -ing political party.’ Now, Gavin Newsom disagrees. He says he’s good with it because the party is a big tent. Well, you know what else you find in a tent? Clowns. It’s so funny. So many liberals s - - - themselves every time Trump puts gold on something in the Oval Office (it’s like) ‘Oh, it’s historic!’ And the separation of powers isn’t? Get your head out of you’re a - -. I would vote for Sarah Palin before this sh - -.”

I’ve long believed political polling is manipulated to influence and have an effect on voter turnout. Often it’s used to discourage Republicans from turning out when they hear their candidate is lagging behind by double digits and can’t recover.

Now it’s been revealed that a group in Los Angeles released polling data that was made up as a hoax to see how gullible the media is and they took it and ran with it!

A legitimate sounding company, Median Strategies, released a made-up poll showing L.A. Mayor Karen Bass leads Councilwoman Ramen by 12 point and that 85% of Spencer Pratt voters breaking for Bass. Fox News knew that was pure horse manure since Pratt voters have a great disdain for Bass, who is another abject failure of a Democrat mayor. But since the media reported it, millions swallowed it.

The LA Times contacted the company and was given this statement: “Media Strategies was created as a short-term social experiment, to examine how purported polling information could enter and spread the political information ecosystem without independent verification. We’re not seeking publicity or attribution for the individuals involved in our declining interviews.”

The company told Fox News that nobody got paid by the project, and they’re not affiliated with any candidate PAC or party. It was an experiment, they say, and it proved its point.

The problem is that news rooms are thin, experienced people have left the occupation or retired and there is a pressure beat the other outlets to the story.

Shirley Webster must be recalled. She’s the California secretary of state that oversees elections conducted by county elections divisions.

As you are aware – or should be – the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 recently that states with vote-by-mail systems in place may count mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day but they must be postmarked on or before Election Day.

State Assemblyman Carl DeMaio says Weber wants to force county election officials to count ballots received after Election Day without postmarks.

Weber has issued a regulation forcing county election officials to allow mail-in ballots to be counted up to seven days after Election Day with NO postmark, NO carrier date stamp, and NO Postal Service record of when they were mailed. Only requiring that the voter dates their ballot for Election Day, or the envelope otherwise indicates so.

DeMaio said Weber is advocating the counting of ballots without postmarks as long as a date is scribbled on the ballot by an unknown person. That is a reckless disregard for the Supreme Court ruling and invites fraud.

Voters must wholeheartedly support Proposition 39, the California voter ID requirement. Simply it would require a person showing a government issued ID for in-person voting or provide a four-digit PIN for voting by mail. It also requires that election officials be required to verify that only eligible voters are registered to vote and receive ballots. Citizenship must be verified.

We must show an ID to get on a plane, buy alcohol and tobacco, get a driver’s license, rent a car, open a bank account, apply for government benefits, get married, buy cold medicines containing pseudoephedrine, purchase a gun or ammo, check into a motel, etc. Why wouldn’t we require a voter to prove who they are so we can have confidence in elections?

The state of California never stops with the over-regulation. Now they want to dictate to us what tires we can buy!

In a unanimous vote, the California Energy Commission voted to enact new rules that will phase out the sale of replacement tires that don’t meet certain energy efficiency standards.

This means a significant amount of tires will be illegal to sell in California.

The CEC suggests that it comes down to a tire’s rolling resistance, or how much energy a tire uses as it pushed down the road. Lower resistance means a vehicle uses less gas or electricity. New cars come with generally efficient tires, but consumers typically replace those with higher rolling resistance tires.

Beginning in 2029, only tires with a maximum rolling resistance level of 9.1 newtons per kilonewton (N/kN) can be sold and in 2033 when Phase 2 goes into effect, the standard lowers to 7.2 (N/kN). The commission came up with the standards after testing 537 types of tires.

The CEC claims Californians could save $79 in four months in gas or electricity costs under Phase 1, and about $153 in Phase 2 within seven months.

This is the first time in U.S. history that a state has acted to regulate sales of a damned tire!

Commissioner Nancy Skinner said “These regulations are a tool within our authority that can save money for every Californian.”

That’s actually debatable because tires will cost more now.

If I had been on the commission I would have voted no, saying “The state of California is slowly usurping freedoms in the name of the Environmental God the Left has created. I will take no part in limiting their freedom to buy whatever tire they choose. Their restrictions will only cost consumers to shell out more money for more expensive tires with little benefits to the environment. Regulations continue to drive away business and residents and add greatly to the costs of those who remain. The Nancy State needs to stop.”

Our governor – the one who believes the state should decide what you put on your wheels and not you – said: “You’d be wise to take advantage of new efficient tires, lower your cost at the pump and that was born out of a lot of public testimony.”

Hold on, governor. You’re taking away the choice; you’re forcing the change so don’t pretend like we have any say in the matter to “be wise” other than drive to Nevada and get what tires we want.

And another thing is: tire pressure is of probably a greater issue in terms of gas savings and you at the state level cannot regulate that and have no control over the car owner who does not stay on top of keeping their tires inflated for fuel efficiency. So what do you think you are truly accomplishing by taking away yet another freedom of choice?

I sense that this new assault on vehicle owners is just another tool the state is using to get us to give up our gas burning cars since 66 percent of Californians don’t like Napoleon Newsom’s EV dictates. The other tools have been closing refineries, keeping the highest gas tax in the nation, using my tax money to help others buy electric cars, and the eternal push for mass transit.

Last week the U.S. national debt climbed past $40 trillion!

The cost of the interest on that debt is now averaging roughly $2.8 billion to $3 billion per day! Talk about a country p- - -ing away their money!

Bank of America recently projected it will hit $50 trillion by 2029. It’s on target to hit $101 trillion by 2037!

What will it take for Congress to act? Are they waiting for the trust funds to be exhausted, shift Social Security and Medicare to the general fund as the debt continues spiraling out of control? Have interest rates spiral out of control and see the dollar abandoned as the world’s reserve currency? Allow hyperinflation and face a catastrophic default followed by depression, civil strife or worse and perhaps the rise of one-party socialism or some other radical, extremist party?

Some suggest seizing on Trump’s idea of creating a sovereign wealth fund seeded with the $7.7 trillion of intergovernmental treasuries that the federal government now holds which are used to buy a non-voting stake in the S&P 500. The $7.7 trillion fund would on average grow about 10 percent per year plus 1 percent thereabouts of dividends. By 2044 it would hit $50 trillion to surpass the national debt.
