Editor, Ceres Courier,

It was good to see the Ceres Courier’s front page article and picture of students trying out musical instruments to decide which one they might like to pursue.

Being a musician myself I have often lamented the fact that students who choose a musical outlet generally do not get the same recognition that students who pursue sports are given. I think it would be great if there were a MUSIC section similar to the SPORTS section. But page 1 of the Ceres Courier this week definitely gets my approval.

I enjoy a newspaper in my hands to read and get up to date with local happenings.
