A graveside service was held Monday morning at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Modesto for Clara Dolores Torres Elliott, 91, of Lompoc. The former Ceres resident died Sunday, July 10, 2005 at Good Shepherd Care Center at Lakeview Terrace.
The McHenry Chapel of Franklin & Downs was in charge of arrangements.
Born Aug. 13, 1913, Mrs. Elliott was a native of Oxnard and lived there three years. Mrs. Elliott lived in Ceres from 1970 to 2002 when she was moved into the Mission Gardens care facility in Lompoc. Mrs. Elliott was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres and the Ladies Guild. She was a homemaker.
She leaves behind two sons, Michael Hillary Fragosa of Buellton and Ronald Stephen Fragosa of Santa Barbara; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
