A funeral service was held Tuesday at the Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Chapel in Turlock for Rex C. Sanderson Jr., 42, of Ceres. He died Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004 at his home.
Burial was at Turlock Memorial Park.
Born April 2, 1962, Mr. Sanderson was a native of Clovis, N.M., and lived in Ceres for 13 years. He was a supervisor and welder at Stiles Truck Body for four years. Mr. Sanderson enjoyed playing the guitar, riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, refurbishing automobiles, trucks and motorcycles, and watching football, especially the Chicago Bears.
He leaves behind his wife, Elisa Sanderson of Ceres; two children, Casey L. Sanderson and Molly C. Sanderson, both of Ceres; his mother, Judith "Judi" Forson of Poolview, Texas; three brothers, Roddy C. Sanderson of Turlock, and Rocky C. Sanderson and Randy C. Sanderson, both of Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Rex C. Sanderson Sr.
