A funeral service was held Saturday at Good Shepard Lutheran for Tyler Justin King, 21, of Hughson. He died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
Burial was at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Born Aug. 7, 1984, Mr. King was a native of Turlock, and had lived in Hughson and South Lake Tahoe for three years. He graduated from Turlock High School in 2002 and was a student at Modesto Junior College and Tahoe Junior College. Mr. King worked at Heavenly Valley in South Lake Tahoe, and during the summers he worked on his family's farm. He enjoyed football, diving, art, snowboarding and wake boarding.
Tyler leaves behind his parents, Mitchell and Janet King of Hughson; his sister, Leslie Branco of Turlock; and his grandmother, Evelyn Adams of Modesto. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Max Adams and Stelmon and Joyce King.
