Claims feds abuse power
Letter generic

Editor, Ceres Courier,

As someone who understands that our democratic system must be defended, I am concerned about the integrity of U.S. elections. I should be able to go to my polling place location without interference from federal agents.

I am concerned that the White House has not ruled out the activation of armed agents to the polls. The Department of Justice is seizing voter rolls and the president has activated National Guard troops in U.S. cities. Abuse of power has become a common occurrence in the Executive Branch. The threat of armed guards policing places should cause alarm among all our representatives in the U. S. Congress.

Daniel Marsh,

Modesto
