Letters to Editor.jpg

Editor, Ceres Courier,

On August 20 many in our community were rallying at the State Capitol to send a clear message to Sacramento: We support our farmers and can’t afford to have 40 percent of your water taken away. With so many local leaders like Denham working with the effort, this makes Harder’s words regarding farmers even more concerning. To say something like, farmers vote at a substantially higher rate than would be expected “based on their levels of education” shows he doesn’t respect our agriculture economy and has no business representing us.
