Free medical services offered in rural Ceres on April 25

On Thursday, April 25, free medical services will be provided at a mobile clinic to be parked at Faith Home Teen Challenge, 6643 Faith Home Road, Ceres.

The mobile clinic will offer basic primary care, health education, wellness checks, and flu vaccinations to residents living within Legacy Health Endowment’s service area of the 19 zip codes within Stanislaus and Merced counties. Those zip codes are Atwater 95301, Ballico 95303, Ceres 95307, Crowlanding 95313, Merced 95315, 95316, 95322, 95324, Hughson 95326, Keyes 95328, 95334, 95358, 95360, 95363, Stevinson 95374, Turlock 95380, 95381, 95382 and 95388.

The service is offered 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The service is funded by Legacy Health Endowment (LHE) and medical support is offered by Castle Family Health Centers and UCSF - Fresno medical residency program.

No appointment is needed. Children must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
