Editor, Ceres Courier,

We encourage our neighbors and fellow Ceres City Council District 1 residents to vote for James Casey for City Council. We have known James for many years and have confidence he will represent our city with integrity and wisdom.

James has built a successful Ceres business and has been an active volunteer in our community through the years.

As a Vietnam veteran, James understands commitment and as a businessman he understands what it means to truly balance the budget.

Ceres needs a no nonsense leader like James Casey.
