A 50-year-old Ceres man wanted by a bail bonds firm was arrested Tuesday evening, March 22, as he was sleeping in a car parked inside a trailer park at 3700 Collins Road.

Police were called at 8:18 p.m. by representatives of the bail bond company to assist in apprehending Luke Bailey, 50, of Ceres. He allegedly jumped bail and was wanted for outstanding felony warrants. Police surrounded Bailey and arrested him without incident.
