A total of 29 bounce houses and 37 air blowers valued at $90,000 were stolen from a business at 1990 Rockefeller Drive. Police are hoping someone can lead them to the culprit or culprits.

The theft was at Bouncin' Bins.

Officer Hector Pulido investigated and was told by the owner that the lock to the main door on the west side of the business was broken and it is believed a point of entry to the warehouse. The owner said there was no way the suspects could have removed this much property through the same door and believed the property was removed through the large roll-up door.

The owner said he arrived at the shop at around 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 21 and noticed several missing inflatable bounce houses but was unsure how many since some were still being rented out. After checking inventory, he determined 29 bounce houses and 37 air blowers were stolen. He said the warehouse was last secured at around 12:30 a.m. on July 21.

The business is equipped with an alarm system however it may have had been shut down to thwart the alarm. Those doing business in the area that morning noticed their power out as well.

Anyone with information on the incident is urged to call Ceres Police Detectives at 538-5727.
