A man who was checked out by an officer for loitering in front of the Hatch Road AM/PM Mini-Mart was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 7 for three arrest warrants relating to drug charges.

Officer Brian Chandler was traveling by the store at 3:31 a.m. when he saw Delbert Stottlemyre, 55, of Modesto, hanging out. When the officer contacted Stottlemyre the three arrest warrants were discovered. He was arrested without incident.
