Justin Mattila, 30, of Ceres, was arrested and booked for DUI early Saturday after an officer saw him run a red light at Hatch and Central avenues.

At 2:25 a.m. Officer Jesus Salinas was eastbound on Hatch Road approaching Central Avenue when he saw a southbound car blow through the signal. Salinas stopped Mattila south of Hatch Road where he was arrested for driving under the influence.
