Tracy Karpan, 37, of Ceres was arrested Wednesday morning, Dec. 30 by an officer who found her for a warrant.

At 10:29 a.m., Officer Kevin Sakasegawa was patrolling the area of Richland Avenue looking for Tracy Karpan, 37, of Ceres, who had an active felony warrant issued by Ceres Police Department. Karpan was sitting inside a silver Toyota Camry parked on Richland Avenue near Zona Bella Lane.

She was arrested and booked for the warrant.
