A man parked inside of Mancini Park off of River Road on Wednesday evening, Jan. 6 was found with methamphetamine and heroin.

At 9:16 p.m. Ceres Police Officer Kevin Sakasagawa was on patrol in the 1200 block of River Road when he saw a suspicious car parked in the park. He checked out the driver, Dale Ozan, 58, of Modesto, and located the two illegal drugs. Ozan also had a warrant from Modesto Police Department for possession of a controlled substance.

Ozan's two new charges are possession of methamphetamine, and possession of heroin.
