Two men were arrested in back-to-back days for violating their respective restraining orders.

The first arrest came on Friday evening at 7:54 p.m. when John Daniel Chavez, 33, went to a relative's house in the 1500 block of Moffet Road and asked for money. They called police since they had a restraining order. He was arrested and booked.

On Saturday morning at 8:12 a.m. Michael Tucker, 36, of Ceres, was refusing to leave a home in the 900 block of Bordeaux Drive where he is forbidden from being due to a restraining order. Tucker was uncooperative and resisted being handcuffed. He was placed in the backseat of a patrol car and because he had a pre-existing injury to his hand which needed medical attention, he was taken to the hospital to be checked out. A complaint was forwarded to the District Attorney asking for a prosecution.
