A patrol of a shopping center in the 1600 block of Hatch Road on Saturday evening resulted in the arrest of a man wanted for felony vandalism.

At 8:33 p.m., Ceres Police Officer Samuel Garcia was rolling through the parking lot and became interested in a man sitting inside a red-colored Honda Accord next to dd’s discounts. The man in the car, Joselino Garcia, 41, of Modesto, provided his identification and a check of records determined that he had a felony warrant for vandalism.
