Police seek two armed pharmacy robbery suspects

A Mitchell Road pharmacy was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday morning, Dec. 14 with both suspects fleeing the scene and prompting police to ask for the public’s help.

Ceres Police Department spokesman Sgt. Keith Griebel said two black males wearing masks entered Gil Pharmacy, 2600 Mitchell Road, armed with handguns at 10:34 a.m. Officers arrived and discovered that the suspects had already left. The pair ordered everyone on the floor as they  stole cash and drugs. The suspects fled the store on foot.

The first suspect was described as a black man who was wearing black pants, black jacket, yellow gloves, gray shoes and a light blue and white scarf covering his face.

The second man was a black man wearing gray sweat pants and a black jacket with black shoes with red accents and black gloves.
