Running a red light in front of a Ceres Police officer with a warrant was Christina Juarez’s ticket to jail early Tuesday morning.

At 1:07 a.m. Officer Matthew Johnson stopped Juarez’s 2003 GMC Yukon at Hatch Road and Mitchell Road after seeing her fail to stop for a red light. Juarez, 58, of Ceres, had an outstanding felony arrest warrant so she was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
