Son arrested after throwing bike through Mom's window

A 26-year-old Ceres man was arrested on vandalism charges on Tuesday morning, Nov. 16 after he allegedly threw a bicycle through his mother’s front glass window and unsuccessfully tried to climb through it.

The incident was reported at 11:08 a.m. in the 2900 block of Rose Avenue. The homeowner reported the vandalism was done by her son, Lucas Lee, 26, who appeared to be under the influence. As Officer Jeffery Godfrey took the report, Lee was found in the area and detained by Officer Gloria Blakeslee. He was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
