Ivan Tijero, 28, of Ceres, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol and an outstanding arrest warrant for a prior DUI after an officer watched him driving erratically on Mitchell Road Monday evening.

Officer Samuel Becerra pulled over Tijero in his white Honda Accord at 11:37 p.m. It didn’t take long to conclude that Tijero was intoxicated and a breath test showed almost four times the legal limit of alcohol in his bloodstream. Tijero was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
