Jesus Medina, 38, of Modesto, was arrested after he allegedly hit the front window of 7-Eleven at Herndon Road and Joyce Avenue on Wednesday evening, Sept. 24.

Medina's actions broke the window, said Ceres Police Sgt. Jose Berber. The suspect left the scene but later returned to the store where he attempted to bate customers into fighting. Officers detained Medina at 7:57 p.m. but he became combative and had to be forced to the ground. Medina was charged with felony vandalism at the County Jail.
