A 31-year-old Ceres man was arrested on Thursday evening for violating a restraining order that requires him to stay 100 yards away from Home Depot store.

At 7:44 p.m. Officer Jessica Graham made the arrest of Aries Estradaortiz, 31, of Ceres near Home Depot. Estradaortiz was arrested and later booked at the Public Safety Center for violation the restraining order.
