Hughson Police Services deputies are seeking to locate and arrest a man who exposed himself to a 12-year-old female student in Hughson early Monday.

The girl reported the crime as soon as she arrived at Emile J Ross Middle School just before 8 a.m.

A student reported that she had been walking to school when she noticed a gray four-door car following her. The car pulled up next to her on Fox Road near her school and the driver partially rolled down the passenger side window. The man asked her for directions to Modesto and she replied that she didn't know and walked away. The suspect then drove past the student and pulled up next to the curb, rolling down the passenger side window. As she walked by the man pointed down and the student could see that he was only wearing a blue shirt and had exposed himself to her.

She quickly walked to school and reported the incident to school staff.

The car was described as either a gray Infiniti or Nissan with tinted windows. The victim last saw the car traveling at a high rate of speed eastbound on Fox Road toward Geer Road.

This is the first known reported incident with this suspect and vehicle description.

The suspect was described as being in his late 20's with black hair, beard, medium complexion and wearing a blue shirt.

Those who may have information for the indecent exposure investigation is urged to call the Hughson Police Services Office at 883-4052.
