A 27-year-old Turlock man who was pulled over in a 20212 Nissan Altima early Friday for vehicle code violations had a felony warrant for his arrest.

Ceres Police Officer Samuel Garcia was on patrol in the area of Mitchell and Fowler roads at approximately 1:20 a.m. when he initiated the traffic enforcement stop driver Gabriel Morin, 27, of Turlock. A routine records check indicated Morin was wanted. Morin was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
