A 30-year-old Los Banos man was arrested Friday afternoon after he was dropped off at a curb in the 800 block of Herndon Road and was recognized by a Ceres Police officer.

At 4:32 p.m., Officer Nicolas Welsh saw a Honda Civic pull over with Armando Figueroa-Patino get out and walk into a house. Officer Welsh recognized the man from a prior contact and ran a records check to learn he had two outstanding felony warrants for his arrest. When Figueroa-Patino came back outside he was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
